Worse than ***********

In April my Galaxy S7 cell phone started giving an error "not registered on network". Data worked just fine but voice and SMS did not. Since then (more than 3 months later), the phone has been with 2 Samsung Brand stores and 3 of their associated repair companies in a futile attempt to get them to repair it under warranty. To date, they have called me 3 times to tell me the phone is fixed. Each time, the same error persisted. In fact, it only got worse to the point that data doesnt work anymore either. I have also reported the issue to Samsung Voice of Customer twice now and received 2 different reference numbers. The first time they tried to help. The second time I can't even get them to return a phone call. At one point, due to their sheer incompetence, the repair centre tried to claim the phone was blacklisted. I had to run around to MTN to get an official report that the phone was NOT blacklisted. Then, just when I thought it couldnt get worse, I went to pick up the phone today to send it back to the original suppliers of the phone, hoping they could help. The device won't even turn on! Or charge. It is now completely dead. Absolutely pathetic. I have gone from somebody who highly recommended Samsung products to somebody who will not buy their products again. All through a complete lack of customer service and support. At some point surely Samsung should offer to replace the device under warranty? But they are too concerned over profits to worry about customer satisfaction. Even when they are clearly in the wrong.
