Worse service experience
SAMSUNG is taking me for a fool. I successfully made a claim on October 2024 and they promised to deliver my 2 devices since November 2024.
They keep on calling me and lying to me about the delivery. In December they said the ran out of stock and they promised to deliver second week of January. They person who made this empty promise is not communicating with. I regret trusting Samsung promotions. I am now a lier to my lady as she is expecting those devices because I bought the phone for her. Samsung promotion department is worse.
