Woderfull phone that do not work

I have a wonderful phone( Samsung note 2 GT-N7100) After a charged my phone, I switched it on but it stuck on the Samsung logo. I switched it off removed the battery for a few minutes and got it ready to be switched on again. It still stuck on the Samsung logo. I did a hard reset as advised (keeping in mind that I will loose all my personal information). The hard reset did not work and is still stuck on the Samsung logo. I used my phone for almost every thing including work. I already lost so much information including contacts, personal files and pictures. I loved the phone but it frustrating to have such a wonderful phone but I can not use it anymore. I am forced to use my old phone which do not even have watsapp, Facebook, e-mail facilities and all the wonderful stuff that my note 2 gave my.
