Wish there were more emoloyees like Sanjay Bhagat!

I was experiencing problems with my phone samsung A5 and I had sent it in for repairs in May 2017 and unfortunately the technician who assisted me didn't check my phone properly. I once again contacted them and I spoke to Mr Sanjay Bhagat who personally collected my phone dropped it off by the relevant technican and returned it within 24hrs now that is service!!!! Sanjay you have raised the bar of excellence for Samsung and I hope that the rest of the staff follow your footsteps in assisting the customer. Well done! Thank you! And God bless!!
