Win 10 drivers for Samsung notebooks

Windows 10 has been out for months and Samsung has made no attempt to supply proper drivers for their function keys and other hardware which now don't work. Worse than that the Samsung in SA have no idea if drivers will ever be made or what is going on at Samsung head office concerning the supply of these drivers. No satisfactory explanation is obtainable, It would be better if they would just admit that Samsung is NOT going to supply the drivers but they couch their unsatisfactory replies with doubt either way. My model is a 7 Series notebook Model NP700Z5A-S04ZA serial S/N HS7R91M***X but it seems to be the case for the entire 7 series and many other Samsung computers. It seems that they are dropping customers in their Notebook department. Perhaps they have too many products and can't cope with all of them satisfactorily. It's a good reason for me to stay away from all Samsung products in the future!
