Will Be Going Legal soon as Samsung Refuses to fulfill Promotional Offer
I have been phoning and emailing Samsung none stop regarding the delivery of my TV for the Samsung Note 20 Buy and Get promotion Since November 2020. Email gets no response after weeks... phone calls to the call centre gets a different response every time, its like new reasons are thought of on the spot, I always get promised by a call centre agent that I will get an email with an update and I never do... I am beyond shocked at Samsungs service regarding this promotion, its clear they cannot handle fulfilment of a promotion of this scale... and the most shocking part? THEY HAVE NOW LAUNCHED THE S21 RANGE with the same promotion knowing full well they cannot deliver! FALSE ADVERTISING! If I do not receive my TV within 5 working days from today I will be going legal as someone needs to do something when big companies trick people into buying their products.
