Wife still awaiting delivery of Samsung TV

My wife bought a new Samsung phone from Vodacom Menlyn and part of the deal was that she will receive a TV from Samsung. She tried everything to arrange for this with Samsung but still a year passed NO TV as yet, she received calls from Samsung to confirm that they are busy with the process of getting her a TV but is she still waiting for the delivery. It looks like Samsung don't know what's happening with this special because every time she calls, she is being put from pillar to post. It looks like no one knows what's happening in Samsung.
