Why pay so much for broken goods...

I bought a samsung microwave oven from Makro in Amamsimtoti which is rought about 230km away from me there and back. I bought the microwave in May 2015 but was still living with my folks then and I only moved out in my own place on the 1st of August. The fist time i used it was on the 4th of August to where it completely lost power but came right after a while. Then in the 5th of August the light on the inside doesn't work and it is tripping power. It it impossible for me to drive all the way to Makro as i have been operated and i am unable to drive. My nearest repair center is also close to Makro so there is absolutely no way of getting the microwave to them. But now i am sitting with a microwave that is not working that I had to pay a hell lot of money for. Makes me regret that i never bought the defy that was my original choice untill the Samsung salesman changed my mind. Really unhappy with the fact that I paid so much for a microwave that doesn't even work properly.
