Why no filters for my Samsung Fridge at Retail sto

I bought a fridge at Dions that cost me R28000.00.<br> I need a new water filter<br> I am expected to drive to the Samsung service centre to get a new filter.<br> Why can't I find filters for Samsung Fridges at retail store which are miles away.....<br> The are very willing to take my money but not willing to give a service.<br> Guys it is called service, if you are willing to sell something make sure you can service to poor idiot who supports you.<br>
