Why cant they fix my phone?

Took my phone into Woodmead service station to get a tiny crack in the screen fixed.<br> Days later my screen protector started getting dirt under the 1 side. When I took it off I say the screen lifting up.<br> Took my phone back where Samsung put it back in the press and I waiting for over an hour.<br> Hours later the screen started lifting up again.<br> When I got a chance again I took the phone back where they booked it in to get the sticker kit changed. Got the phone back and saw the screen was still slightly lifting up. They put it in the press again and said come back if it does it again...<br> Few days later they booked it in again. I asked PLEASE put it as priority as this is the 4th time im bringing my phone in. They said they will and they would call me asap. I called them at 2pm Friday and they said it would be ready at 4. Got there just before 4 and was told my phone wasn't working. I sat until closing time where I was told they couldn't fix it but if I kept it there everything would be checked thoroughly and would be called Saturday with an update and what they need to do to fix it. <br> Didn't get a call Saturday so called today (Monday) and the phone has still not been fixed!
