Why bother buying a Samsung Tablet

I bought my Samsung Tab 4.7 through FNB smart device through a contract which I'm still paying. My understanding is that Samsung gives 2 screen repairs for contract Samsung phones. Well I prefer a tablet because it's convenient and I also use it as a phone I don't like those other small phones. On Saterday my tablet screen accidentally cracked and when I took it to Samsung Sandton City I was told that I was going to be charged because only selected phones get free screen repair now that's a ******* they all Samsung at the end of the day why should other phones get benefits and some don't. This is unfair really being charged R2300 just because I prefer a tablet over a regular phone no man its not on.
