Where is my TV

I bought a Samsung TV in June and after a month it started to have problems, I then called Samsung to tell them about the problem, it took weeks for them to sent a technician who ended up coming early October and took the TV saying it is going to be fixed, since then I haven't received my TV back, when I called Samsung I was referred to some company (Electra Corp) that they work with, I then contacted the company and they told me my TV has been fixed and the job is closed, then I asked when will I get the TV, they were shocked and told me they don't know that the TV was collected from my house, they had since promised to come back and never did, called again they promised to come back to me again, no TV and don't know what to do at this point...
