Where are my Gifts that you promised?
I bought the S21 ultra 5g more than 15 days ago and redeemed my gift of the buds via the Samsung members app. Samsung promised delivery in less than 14 days. I have not received them. I called the contact center several times but the agents were not helpful... the line constantly drops too.
