What service?

Good day,

I would just like to say that Samsung has the worst service in Pretoria Gauteng. I gave my Samsung J7 in for a screen repair on the 22nd of Jan 2018, at Samsung Menlyn, and as of today, 01 March 2018, they still haven't even received the screen.

They never call me or send me an email, informing me of the situation, I have to phone in at least 3 times a week. I just want to let everyone know, that if you want your Samsung phone repaired, take it to the local guy around the corner, he will give you a better price and I'm pretty sure 100% better service.

Samsung might have good phones, but they have less service than the department of home affairs and they think service is a foreign concept.
