WF1124XAU washing machine is not worth your money

I've had this machine for 3 and a half years and it has broken down EVERY year since I had it with the same problem - motor error. Samsung's service is terrible as it takes them two months to fix the problem and they don't care, you are always the one that has to phone them about progress. A very expensive machine to start with and your choice ends up costing you A LOT more. So disheartened as it has broken down AGAIN! I'm not looking forward to the whole tedious process of begging and pleading with Samsung to get it fixed timeously nor of the ********** cost associated with it. So sorry I ever considered and bought it. And will definitely never do so again - this or any other Samsung product for that matter and all thanks to this machine.

Not sure why Voice of the Customer even bothered calling me. In a very long winded and roundabout way I was told they they're not going to do anything for me, that they'd done enough and that sorting out their expensive problematic machine was up to me. Would not even admit that these machines are giving problems, only slipped out when I asked how could I trust that the technician wouldn't charge me extra for something that's not the problem - the senior customer service exectutive response was - "It's usually the motor". Enough said. So, I'm forced to spend more money on "fixing" this terrible product that will probably only be for another year anyway. And after just being on the phone with the"service" department, I can see I'm in for another long, painful and costly experience while getting it "fixed" and having to pay to get my laundry done elsewhere for the duration. Thanks for nothing Samsung. I am still livid. You have not in any way changed my mind about your products and I'll be a very vocal advocate in letting everyone and anyone know how you continue to let me down.
