to be honest with you I have never had any JOY with Samsung South Africa.. however I must tell you all that is changing slowly but surely...<br> <br> Sylvester has gone the extra mile to try and resolve my issues..<br> <br> all it took was 1 call 1 email and both my units were picked up and will hopefully be resolved and returned by Friday!!<br> <br> <br> Well Done!! Well Done!! Well Done!!
