"We don't have any wall charges in SA, so tough. Goodbye Samsung hello anyone else.

<p>Ï had been trying to purchase a wall charger,( which is a standard accessory which every other competent mobile phone producer in the country has stock of), for my S6 Edge plus, without any success whatsoever, that is, from phoning Samsung Head Office to virtually every mobile and Samsung store in Gauteng.</p> <p>Out of total frustration I wrote to HelloPeter last week.</p> <p>That day I had the standard reply stating "we have received your comment and will come back to you."</p> <p>The next day I received another mail saying they were working on it.</p> <p>Over the next few days I did receive calls from Samsung saying they were sorting it out.</p> <p>Great I thought, taken far too long but at last I will be able to purchase a wall charger.</p> <p>Today I received a call from Samsung Head Office, the gentleman I spoke to said basically "We don't have any in the country, we haven't a clue when we might be getting in, so sorry.</p> <p>Really Samsung, what a useless *********** company.</p>
