We 'bought but we didn't get'

<p>Samsung ran a wonderful promotion in 2015, which much to our dismay, we fell for. Samsung advertised that if you bought certain products (we bought a fridge/freezer and a washing machine) you were guaranteed either a free flight or weekend away for 2. After filling in our forms and waiting and waiting for the promised confirmation we eventually turned to Hellopeter.com who were fantastic and someone from Samsung contacted us. We finally got the confirmation codes but then when we proceeded to try and book our weekend away, we were consistently told the weekend we wanted was not available. We tried 3 weekends that we could get off work, and we tried them in a couple months in advance but to no avail. Well done for ******** us Samsung. We will definitely not be buying, or recommending your products to anyone! </p>
