Watch and earbuds telkom deal

I went through the reviews and realised I was not the only person who did not receive the watch and earbuds as advertised at Telkom. I purchased the Samsung deal in November 2024 and claimed for the gifts as per the process. I have been sent from pillar to post. I would appreciate it if I can get a confirmation and legitimacy of this deal. Samsung is also putting other companies reputation at stake. There are lots of complaints regarding the watches and earbuds. Furthermore advise if customers are going to receive the gifts as advertised
