Waste of time, disappointed and horrible experience.

Frustrated and furious with the service and knowledge of your staff and how horrible the assistance is, trying to redeem this voucher is the worst experience I have had, I phone the car line and they are so rude and so *********** that they don't even know what to do and tell me the wrong information of what I need in the store wasting my time of driving to the samsung shop in the mall of Africa for nothing finding out the help line was no help and I had to go home and collect my delivery papers because that's what I needed to redeem the voucher, getting to the mall the next day to find out I actually needed the wrapping from my box which not one person was able to tell me I needed to keep, I find out I need that paper and the other ones but now I have accidentally left my pants with that voucher code in the wash and the code is unreadable the samsung store is unable to help me they send me to mtn which can't help me I go back to the store and speak to the manager who gives me attitude and lip and says "you can go try what you want but your never gonna get it" with the worst attitude and no care at all, so now I still can't redeem my code and I have had my phone for 3 days yet every day I have been angry because I am unable to claim my voucher because no one is competent and no one can help me it has been a run around and a huge waste of time I'm truly disappointed and disgusted.
