Waste of money

Good day. I would really like to complain about the Samsung Note 20 5G... What a waste of money.... I have been a Samsung user for years now. I upgraded now again from my Note9. This is a downgrade.... Why would I buy a huge phone like the ultra... just to get more features.. This is pathetic
