Washing machine not washing properly

Good day<br> <br> We bought a Samsung washing machine in December 2014. This machine has never washed the clothes properly and is now worse. You put in the shirts and they come out just the way you had put them. The problem that we have is that my husband misplaced the slip for the machine but the machine was bought brand new. I think maybe the serial number on the machine can help to determine that the machine was bought new. Can we please have this machine repaired, but we no longer have the receipt.<br> <br> <br> Regards
