Washing machine night mair

I bought a Samsung washing machine at Tafelberg Furnitures at Paarl. It is still under warranty. It wash very loud and with every wash it get off load. During Des 2014 we call Tberg Furnitures who call the repair company. The technician came out in Des and told us, we were 3 persons, that the machine is a fabric fault. But he will take the machine to their workshop and replace the socks. He bring it back 2 weeks later, but they scratch the machine while working on it, and the machine is still of load with every wash. We complain nearly 20 times at Tberg Furntures as well as at Samsung, and at the end of March, for the first time, the technician visit us again. He look at the machine and take photo's and agree that the body was damaged and told 3 of us again that their is a fabric fault on the machine. From then till now we talk to Samsung nearly 10 times and more then 30 times with Chrystelle at Tberg Furnitures. Samsung never come back to us, and also not response on e-mail of Chrystelle. <br> Al this time, for 6 months, I have problems with my washing. I have to take a full load of water for each washing, otherwise the machine get of load. I told them I want a new machine.
