Washing Machine Failures

<p>Bought a 7kg Samsung Front Loader Washing Machine 29 months ago. The first unit lasted 3 months before leaking all over my laundry floor. The replacement unit lasted a further 26 months until the main bearing drums failed. Samsung's response was sorry but since it is now out of the 24 month warranty period they could not offer any assistance. My response was sorry but I can never buy your products again. Rather buy AEG, LG or Defy appliances again all of which all lasted me over 10 years. This on top of a failed Samsung double door fridge and a failed Samsung 46 inch LED TV. I have no confidence in their products, but even less in their product service and backup.</p>
