Washing Machine

I bought a Samsung washing machine just over a year ago now the machine is giving issues with the spinning cycle. I logged a call and the Samsung were suppose to come out and fix it on Wednesday. then they phoned and said they can only come on Thursday as they were waiting for parts. On Wednesday they called and confirmed they have the part and they will come out on Thursday. It is now Friday and still no one has come to fix the machine. <br> <br> When phoning the call center they keep on giving a number to phone that just rings and rings and no one answers. I have been with out a washing machine for more than a week now and I have explained this to the technician that called and confirmed they would be here on Thursday.<br> <br> Today I called again and no one knows what is going on. I am really dissatisfied with the after sales service from Samsung and their ability to stick with the commitments.
