Warranty void not original watch straps ***

My personal opinion a bunch of ******* and ******, will use any excuse not to fix your product. My Samsung Gear 2, screen started lifting, Got a quote from their repair center for R3200 and it's still under warranty. (Physical abuse was their excuse for not fixing it under warranty) I spoke to their technician and asked him if he could see any evidence that would suggest their theory. None.<br> Now their excuse for not fixing my watch is because I changed the wrist straps (the watch comes with quick release pins to change the straps) I brought the watch to the repair center in its original packaging with the original straps. They only took the watch and said that they don't need the rest. The original wrist straps were too small and I was told at the cell shop, that they don't have bigger straps, I need to go to a jeweler to solve the problem. Which i did. Now apparently this is the reason my screen lifted (the watch still works, the screen is just coming loose) and they won't fix it.<br> Phoned Customer care: the service consulted said it was ridiculous and suggested i change the straps back to the original ones and take it to another repair center. I'm truly disappointed.
