Warranty not honored

Who ever is reading this review , don't purchase a flip device from Samsung, it will be the worst mistake you will ever make.

My Z-Flip 5 started giving me issues as when you close the phone it switches off. Lucky my phone is still under warranty and i decided to get it booked in to be fixed. Noted that i have 1 year remaining on my contract so i still need my phone. There were some scratches on the hinge which occurred like a year ago. Now after booking the phone in i was told that cause there are scratches on the phone which now they inform me is a dent that the warranty wont cover the repair. This is just an excuses to take away from the fact that the device failed, simply as that. Now i got a flip phone that cant be flipped. I have been a Samsung cellphone user for many years, though i think its time to change, they have become horrible with they way they deal with their customers. Wish there was half a star here , cause that's what they deserve.
