Warranty is a lie

I took my in for screen repairs Samsung S4, my device is still under warranty so screen repair should be free, i was requested to leave my phone and i will be called once the device is repaired, according to my knowledge the only thing that was damaged was the screen and the silver lining around the device now Samsung want me to pay for a camera that wasn't damaged , i am willing to pay for the silver lining because i know that was damaged but will not pay for the camera as far as i am concerned there was nothing wrong with the camera...Now Samsung doesn't want to fix the screen witch is my main problem because they want to replace a camera that is not broken...The whole warranty thing is just a lie because they create other problems to get money from us...
