Warranty doesn't matter
I bought a washing machine in December 2019, In May 2020 it stopped working but is still under the 2 year warranty. I called Game and they contacted Samsung to arrange for a technician to come out and see what can be done. eventually I called Samsung myself and they requested the serial number, Address and pin location along with a picture of the slip for proof of purchase, before sending out a technician. In the first week of June 2020 a technician came out and said the mother board was not working, and I would be advised later. I have called twice to find out they are waiting for authorisation on a exchange unit, because they cannot get the parts. Today I was told that the exchange unit was rejected for no reason at all.
Basically at this point I have a new washing machine that is not working, which is under warranty but the supplier doesn't care. either fix the machine, replace it or give me my money back.

I called your call centre again. the washing machine is approved for exchange - will it be a new one or someone else's broken one that has been fixed. I have no dents or scratches on mine - it still looks like a brand new machine.
When will the machine be exchanged?
Will I be contacted before so I can make arrangements for someone to be home?
or will you just pitch say no one was home and leave?

it seems to me that I am going to have to go buy a new washing machine and then just send you the bill since you clearly don't care about your clients or your own policies under warranty
