Warranty Claim for Samsung Galaxy S4

On the 10th of February 2015 I brought my smart phone (Galaxy S4) into the Samsung Brooklyn branch in Pretoria for a warranty repair on a cracked screen. <br> I was then told that the phone takes 3 weeks for the repair to be completed. I tried to understand as to why the process takes so long as other service centres take <br> 12-48 hours to repair a cracked screen on a smart phone. I then accepted the terms and three weeks later I contacted Samsung Brooklyn to find out the status of <br> my smart phone. I called Samsung Brooklyn branch for a whole week, countless times with no one answering the phone to assist. <br> <br> I then visited the branch on Sunday the 8th of March 2105 and I was assisted by a man named Ken who told me that whenever a customer calls the branch they <br> are unabe to assist their customers because the service consultants cannot hear the phone. I then asked if that was my problem and he could not give me an answer. <br> He then found my warranty claim sheet to confirm that indeed my phone had gone in for a warranty claim.
