WARRANTY

SO i am soon to be EX big samsung fan, I was such a big fansome people asked me if i was making money off off marketing from them as i would recommend a samsung where ever i was asked for advice on phones.Which is alot as i am a I.T manager for a well known I.T company in Johannesburg.

I upgraded september 2014 from my samsung s4 to my samsung s5 and february this year i spilled water on it with all covers including the charger cover was sealed.

The phone got water damage and as i would think and was warned by the phone that i might loose waranty if the covers where open which it wasnt but clearly stated it had WARRANTY meaning that this wont use my 2 free repairs.
I consulted the Brooklyn branch and the gentleman behind the repairs desk also said it should not use my free repairs as the phone is water resistant it should be done on warranty.
2 Months later i got a quote and are being forced to pay R2200 which i will not pay!!!!!Friends of Mine have sony and if anybody sees this post and feel like samsung is the best likei always did and u would want a phone that does what it says \Water resistant"consult Sony they repair on warranty as promised.
Now to get my phone back..UHG"""
