Warranties are a joke
My earphones on my samsung tablet stopped working so I took it to Samsung in Pavilion, 2 gentlemen looked at it said there was a problem with the headset port on the tablet and told me to take it to the branch in River Horse Place where \they would fix it while I waited". Took it there this morning"
