SHOCKING SERVICE!!! REFRAIN FROM BUYING ANY SUMSUNG PRODUCT!!!
We have purchased a Samsung Qled 8 K 65 INCH TELEVISION SET FOM MACRO Killarney Garden.
The tv is 3.5 years old. We paid R38000.00 FOR THE TV IN SEPTEMBER 2021. Now the tv has a power problem. It power source does not have enough power to light up the tv screen. We contacted Samsung repairs in Edwardstreet Bellville in Western Cape. The gentlemen Aziijah without seeing the tv decided that it was the screen and not the power supply. Very rude indeed. He said well there is no parts for this tv in South Africa????? Samsung is still selling this tv in South Africa but no parts available. It should not be sold at all if that is the case. I have had no joy at all from Samsung and I would like Samsung South Africa to contact me so that we can sort out the problem with the tv otherwise I would advise everybody NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS because they dont have parts for their products. NO REPAIR SERVICE EITHER!!!!
