Want Samsung note 10 to be replaced and not fixed again and again

I upgraded to the Samsung Note 10 end of June 2020. As with a Upgrade you get 7 days to return the phone should it be faulty however, my new phone switched off by it self 2 weeks after I got the phone. Thought maybe I forgot the charge the phone. 2 weeks later the phone did it again. Again thought it could be the battery but in 16 August the went completely dead and didn't switch back on again. All my photos, videos of my daughters first steps after her huge operation, everything gone. Took the phone to the repair shop on 17 Aug and was told that the phone will be fixed under warranty and it will take 3 to 4 days. After 4 days I kept on phoning and was told that they struggled to get parts. Got the phone back on 31 Aug and kept it changed as I first wanted to see of the phone really works. Today, 3 September, whilst I transferred my details to the Samsung Note 10 it started flickering and switched off again. So I was told again that they will not replace the phone and send it again to fix. Completely unacceptable and I want a new phone. Having 4 Samsung phones, TV's and fridges and being a loyal Samsung customer and the this. So disappointed.

I can only give you the reference for Vodacom as I did the upgrade with them?
