Waiting months for a hose to be repaired

Service order *** been waiting for months now for a hose to be repaired on my Samsung dishwasher. Numerous emails and calls from my side with no assistance from Samsung side. This is the 2nd time I have to complain about the same dishwasher in 2 years. They are arrogant and have no regard for customer service. It shocking and disgusting the way I have been treated. I want a new dishwasher ASAP<br>
