Waiting for Samsung buds free gift since Feb 2021 Order ***OY92
I have been following up on Samsung buds free gift since Feb 2021 Order ***OY92. I started following up using samsung members chat, best response I got was "the issue has been escalated to a supervisor. I requested info on how to complain formally, I was given the tellus at Samsung email address. Sent an email the best response I got is the issue has been escalated to relevant departments, no timeline, nothing. Followed up, last email email sent to *** was on 11 June, still no response.
