Waiting for 6 months for my PROMO - Highly disgusted at the moment

I bought a Samsung Note 20 in December 2020 which was still part of the Black Friday Promo which means I get a Samsung 32 inch HD TV. We are now at the end of May 2021 and I still have not received my TV. First there was an issue with the TV License which was then sorted after I had to sign a document. Every time I phone I get a different response from what the actual problem is. I requested to speak to the team leader or manager on the 14th of April and that spesific person has not even contacted me yet. I get told that they will contact me as soon as they have more information regarding my TV and no phone call. I'm fed-up with this. Either Samsung does not pull through with the promos or the people there does not know what they are doing
