Voucher promise not kept by Samsung

False promise of an e-voucher for purchasing an expensive R25 000 Samsung Galaxy Note 20.

I ordered a Note 20, and was lured by Samsung promises of a R4000 voucher. I got my device on 18/08/2020. I then app**** for the e-voucher on Samsung app. I do concede that I entered 1 incorrect digit. But the attached invoice from Vodacom had all the correct details.

An e-mail was sent to me from Samsung on 21/08/2020 stating that I had 7 days to submit the correct details. I responded with the correct details, invoice and pic of my IMEI number to *** ***

I have escalated the matter to Samsung call centre. zaestore, and called. All I get are the usual apologies and that the matter will be escalated. But nothing happens.

I am at the point where I think Samsung can keep your voucher. But I do want you to know that you have lost me as customer due to poor customer service and promises not being kept.

You can keep your voucher !

I have heard you apologies and promises of escalations, issue being resolved. But at the end of day. Nothing happens. It is truly pathetic

This is definitely my last Samsung product. I will never buy a fridge, tv, or any appliances from Samsung. The Note is definitely the last cellular device from Samsung. Samsung doesn't need my business. It is clear.
