Voucher not received
Took a contract at Telkom on 5 December 2025 and I was supposed to receive a Samsung voucher and have not received it till date from Samsung. Telkom agent sent 2 emails to Samsung and I still have not received it.

After leaving this review I still have received no feedback, only emails stating that you tried calling when I've never received no calls or missed calls from you guys. Despite not giving me the voucher for over 2 months I still had to call you guys 6 times at my own cost and still have not gotten any feedback and the matter hasn't been resolved!

Extremely disappointed.
