Vodacom and Samsung fictitious claims of gifts for contracts.

They promise you a free gift, a TV when you upgrade to your contract but when I try to claim it they they don't want to give it. Vodacom and Samsung did not provide me with a proper voucher staying time period this was valid for.

Your service is terrible. I will not upgrade my contact again. As a matter of fact I am going to cancel both my contracts and get 2 iPhone products.

The lady at the customer service center is arrogant and rude.
