Vodacom and Samsung do not honour promised promotions !

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in December 2017 and was promised a R5000 Flight Centre Voucher. Vodacom and Samsung refuse to honour their promise. I then bought a Samsung S9+ in June and was promised a 128GB Memory card and Samsung Dex Pad. Vodacom and Samsung have refused to honour their promise for these as well. I cannot believe the disgusting service from Vodacom and Samsung !!! This will be taken further ...
