Very very poor and rude service

Was at the Kollenade shopping centre's Samsung shop. Very poor service and very poor customer help. They were Rude and Unhelpful. Send my phone in for repairs with the promise that it will be done by the 23rf of December 2020. They phoned me on the 21st to say they do not have enough parts and my phone will not be fixed because they are closing. My phone would be fixed by the 4th of Jan 2021. On the 4th receive a msg my phone is fixed and ready to collect. Went to Samsung on the 5th to collect, my phone has not yet arrived. Go there in the 6th, (only) man with key to where the phones are is not there. Today (12Jan) I went to pick up my phone - only man w key not there again. While trying to speak to the man helping me, his colleague nest to him's phone is so loud with him playing games that I have to raise my voice to try to speak to him. He is irrate and Unhelpful. I ask whom I can complain to, he says to the ma that is not there atm. All the while being rude and unfriendly. Would definitely not recommend anyone using their service! There are many 4ppl standing around doing nothing, but I cannot be helped. Do not go here.
