Very poor service

<p>Although heavily branded as a Samsung outlet, this premises hosts several suppliers of mobile products.</p> <p>A number of clueless, rude assistants represent Samsung. My wife who handed in her phone for repairs was promised that the phone will be ready in 4-6 working days. In the end she waited more than a month. The assistants blamed the agency wo which the repairs were outsourced and the agency blamed the assistants for giving incorrect information. </p>
