Very poor quality

February I bought a Samsung A03 was so excited as I always new Samsung makes good phones, boy was I wrong the first thing that went was the charging point took it to the store they said it's not there problem was angry but thort it's normal practice, on the 15 August my phone would not switch on, and could not understand why removed the protective cover only to realize the screen has come loose, now know I bought this phone on payjoy threw the HI store promenade so I paid R3000 and something, contacted TFG who said they will look at the claim I was actually impressed at how caring TFG was it really seemed they wanted to help but found it strange they never requested the device but never the less I just wanted it resolved cause I paid a lot of money for this phone. Today they told me they will not repair or replace this device as it did not fall or I never broke it. This I find very strange this is a Samsung product that has a credible name to it so under the CPA it should have at least lasted longer than 6 months. As much as my complaint mentioned TFG HI store promenade, I'm more disappointed in Samsung how could u allow a device to leave the production floor and it only has a lifespand of 6months I had so much faith in this product. Hopefully it will get resolved this way cause nobody wants to help, HI store promenade sent me to TFG and TFG says it's a Samsung problem.
