Very Poor Customer support - non Existence service

I own a few Samsung appliances, this is the first time i am trying to get support on one of them and the service i am getting is shocking,

from a Big Supplier like Samsung we expect better,

Firstly i have a Dishwasher that i just need a Replacement Spray Arm,

I did the online request, - *** and i get a response telling me to go to the website and contact a service center,

I go to the website and contact the closest - East Gate branch, as per the website they do dishwashers. yet i am told they cannot help me contact another provider,

I tried to Call MM All Electronics with number on your site - *** and there is no answer, ki tried over 5 times,

I then call the Samsung Call center - ***4 and the person i speak to tells me they cannot assist me i must contact MM All Electronics, i explained that i cannot get a hold of them and still he says there is nothing more he can do,

This is shocking service
