Very happy with customer service.
I have been a Samsung user since 2008, and have not had the pleasure of dealing with a human as delightful as Ntokozo Masina. He is really patient and extremely helpful. Very thorough, calls back as promised. He helped make the purchase of my latest device a little less stressful and I appreciate that. I am a very happy customer, thank you.
