Very ***** and Dishonest Establishment

<p>I had a faulty Samsung Tablet handed in at Samsung Customer Care Centre. They quoted R4 410.66 to repair the device, stating a faulty Motherboard and Battery as the cause. I spoke to everyone, including the owner of the business and explained that this is impossible, they persisted with their diagnosis! I then asked for just a battery replacement quote and was quoted R2 700 to replace the battery - rediculous! I had to pay a R200 quote rejection fee to get the tablet back. The tablet was then taken directly to Smartlab, which also tested the device and confirmed that only the battery was faulty. They replaced the battery for R1 169.99 and the device has been working perfecty ever since! What a rip-off and dishonest bunch!</p>
