Very Disappointed with Samsung South Africa

Beware of Samsung when you need your fridge repaired. They subcontract their repair work to a *********** company called Onalds electrical. They come back and forth with different parts which they say is the problem which we paid for. Prior to there arrival, the fridge was in working order with a few issues to be sorted out. After there work, the fridge is not in working order at all. We expect a full refund all what was paid for as well as the call out fee. Will never buy samsung appliances again.
