Very DISAPPOINTED and UNSATISFIED
This was the last time i purchased an appliance from Samsung. People please do research, read the reviews from previous consumers on the appliances from Samsung you are buying. My last purchase was a Samsung 10kg digital inverter toploader, the worst purchase ever. Please save yourself the trouble and heartbreak of owning this piece of ****. This machine is ineffective(USELESS) when it comes to cleaning your clothes. If I could I would have given it a 0 rating.

17 Oct 2023, 14:33Your escalation team won't solve the problem of this useless machine that I have to sit with now. This machine was at 2 service centers already. The 2nd service center manager said that he used about 2kgs of washing and it was working fine. So I have to wash 2kgs of washing for it to work sufficiently and it's a 10kg machine. This is a real *******. Samsung products are becoming a real pain in the consumers life.
