Very disappointed

I bought a Samsung digital inverter toploader washing a month ago, the worst machine I ever purchased. Wanted to take it back 8 days after purchasing it to change it for a different brand, but was told a technician would come out to check the machine. He came, checked it out and said it will have to go to their workshop for further testing. I'm still waiting for it to be fetched. I just think samsung products are not up to standard any more. I won't recommend buying Samsung appliances to any of my family and friends again as it's not the 1st time I'm having trouble with Samsung.
